SMS / Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Messaging Terms govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Adonis Agency LLC ("Adonis Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

When you opt in, Adonis Agency LLC may send you text messages related to your relationship with us, including responses to your quote requests, information about coverage options you asked about, application and policy servicing updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer care messages.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form or by otherwise providing us your mobile number with express written consent to be contacted by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. We aim to keep messages relevant and infrequent.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

6. Help and Support

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and text messaging opt-in data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
